By this, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I give my voluntary, informed, and unambiguous consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer (including cross-border transfer) of my personal data to Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Vladimirovich Mostovoy (Trade Name: "HumanCode"), TIN 910204258827, OGRNIP 324911200076104, registered at 295053, Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, Maté Zalki St., 1/9 (hereinafter referred to as "Operator"), registered and conducting business in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

I consent to the processing of the following personal data (both provided by me personally and obtained from publicly available sources):

1.1. Surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable);
1.2. Date and place of birth;
1.3. Citizenship;
1.4. Details of the identification document (series, number, issued by whom and when) — when necessary for employment purposes;
1.5. TIN (if applicable and necessary);
1.6. Address of registration and actual place of residence (if necessary);
1.7. Contact information: phone number, email address, links to social media profiles and messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.);
1.8. Information about professional qualifications, education, work experience, skills, achievements;
1.9. Information from resumes, questionnaires, cover letters, interview results, and test tasks;
1.10. Information about desired work conditions (income level, work schedule, willingness to relocate/travel);
1.11. Photograph (if provided in the resume or profile).

2.Purposes of Personal Data Processing
I understand and agree that my personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

2.1. Personnel selection and assistance in employment: consideration of my candidacy for vacant positions at the Operator and vacancies with the Operator's clients (partners, potential employers);
2.2. Assessment of my qualifications against the vacancy requirements, including conducting interviews, testing, verifying the provided information (including using publicly available sources of information);
2.3. Communication with me regarding employment, including sending job offers, informing about the status of the application process, and clarifying information;
2.4. Maintaining a personnel reserve (candidate database) for future job opportunities matching my profile and qualifications;
2.5. Transfer of my personal data to the Operator's clients (potential employers) for consideration and staffing decisions;
2.6. Compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including but not limited to Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

3.Methods of Personal Data Processing

I consent to the following actions (operations) being performed with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (providing access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing may be carried out both with the use of automation tools (including in information systems) and without such tools (on paper), in compliance with confidentiality and security requirements established by Russian Federation legislation.

4.Consent for the Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties (Including Cross-Border Transfer)

4.1. I understand and agree that for the purposes stated in Section 2 of this Consent, my personal data may be transferred to the following categories of third parties:

• Clients (potential employers) of the Operator — legal entities and individuals interested in personnel selection, to the extent necessary to consider my candidacy;
• Partners and contractors of the Operator involved in the technical support of data processing processes (ATS system operators, hosting providers, specialized services for assessments and testing), provided they commit to ensuring confidentiality and security of personal data.

4.2. Since the Operator's clients (potential employers) may be located outside the Russian Federation, I give separate consent for the cross-border transfer of my personal data to foreign states, including (but not limited to) CIS countries, as well as other countries where employer companies are located. The transfer is made solely for the purpose of my employment and only on the condition that the receiving party ensures confidentiality of the obtained data.

5.Storage and Processing Period of Personal Data

5.1. This consent is valid from the date of its provision until the processing goals are achieved or until I withdraw my consent, unless otherwise stipulated by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The storage period of my personal data is as follows:
In the case of active interaction for a specific vacancy — until the recruitment process for the vacancy is completed;
In the case of inclusion in the personnel reserve — for 2 (two) years from the last interaction with me, unless a longer period is agreed separately.
5.3. After the specified periods or upon my withdrawal of consent, the data will be deleted or anonymized, except when further storage is required to comply with Russian Federation legislation (for example, in case of my employment through the Operator — in accordance with tax and accounting requirements).

6.Confirmation and Rights of the Personal Data Subject
I confirm that:

6.1. I have familiarized myself with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, as well as with the Operator's Privacy Policy posted on the website https://humancode.agency/privacypolicy;
6.2. I understand the purposes, scope, and conditions of processing my personal data;
6.3. I give this consent voluntarily, knowingly, and in my own interest;
6.4. I have been informed that I have the right to:

• Withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator at the email address privacy@humancode.ru or by mail at [mailing address];
• Request clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate;
• Request blocking or destruction of my personal data in cases stipulated by law;
• Appeal against the actions or omissions of the Operator to the authorized body for personal data protection (Roskomnadzor) or through judicial proceedings.

I understand that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of my personal data that was carried out before its withdrawal.

This consent is considered given at the moment of marking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" checkbox (or similar) when filling out the form on the website, submitting a resume, or any other form of interaction with the Operator.
